Every renovation starts with an accurate site survey: measurements, drawings of the existing space, and a close look at light, materials and technical constraints. It is the reliable basis of the whole project.
Rethinking the layout
Opening up a kitchen, creating a master suite, enlarging a terrace, bringing back light: I propose a new arrangement of rooms, circulation and storage, in line with how you live.
Materials, light and atmosphere
Wood, stone, natural renders, indirect lighting: the choice of materials and colours gives the interior its identity. Realistic 3D renderings let you see the result before the works begin.
Clear drawings for contractors
I produce the technical drawings needed to consult contractors and, when the works require it, for the planning application.

Frequently asked questions
Do you only work in Aix-en-Provence?
CENO is based in Aix-en-Provence and works mainly in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. Part of the work can also be done remotely, anywhere in France.
Do I need a building permit for a renovation?
It depends on the works: an interior refit usually does not need one, whereas changing a façade, adding an extension or creating floor area may require a prior declaration or a building permit. I produce the drawings for the application when needed.
Do you manage the building works?
No. My role covers design: survey, layout, technical drawings and 3D renderings. The drawings then allow contractors to quote for and carry out the works.
